Can under 18's drink alcohol at a private event? No, the law states that alcohol alcohol cannot be purchased for consumption by under-18 year olds. Staff reserve the right to refuse to drinks to anyone suspected of being under legal age. We advise that young people carry an id card with them. The event is in summer, will the drinks be warm? We are equipped with refrigerators, beer coolers, and ice. All drinks are served at their ideal temperature. Do you use plastic 'glasses'? Only when glasses present a particular safety hazard. How many guests do you cater for? Typically between 10 and 300, although we are prepared to consider numbers outside of this range. What are the costs involved? £100 Deposit is required to confirm your booking. The licence fee is deducted and the balance is refunded Pro-rata to sales. Outside bar event prices are often inflated? We charge prices typical of the local pubs.
