Excellence in pouring Guinness and spirits and mixers
I supply only premium branded drinks, not inferior substitutes

Once you have confirmed your booking I will not let you down. Your event is special and my reputation depends on it.
Health and Safety:
I am experienced in risk assessments; operations have been assessed for minimising risks to our staff and customers
I support waste reduction by recycling packaging wherever practicable, thus minimising our effect on the environment
I support the sensible drinking initiatives
I and my staff are trained in Food Hygiene and hold current Certificates
Keeping strictly within the law
I am a personal licence holder and rigorously uphold the four licensing objectives.
